Practice Details
I help families avoid court battles to find fair outcomes. I work primarily as a mediator and also as a collaborative law attorney, as well as in the Family Resolution Specialty Court (a pilot project which follows collaborative law principles). I offer a free 30 minute mediation consult to explain mediation and to see if it is a good fit for you.

I am based in downtown Northampton, MA but mediate everywhere (on Zoom). I was originally a lawyer in British Columbia, Canada (and trained in mediation and collaborative law there initially) and am interested in legal issues that cross borders.
I hold office hours 9 to 5:30 Monday through Friday, and evenings and weekends with advance notice.
