Practice Details
I help families avoid court battles and mutually resolve disputes. I work primarily as a mediator and a Collaborative Law attorney, as well as in the Family Resolution Specialty Court (a pilot project which follows Collaborative Law principles). I offer a free 30 minute mediation consult to explain mediation and to see if it is a good fit for you.

I was first licenced as a lawyer in British Columbia, Canada (where I did my initial training in mediation and collaborative law). Since 2002, I've been practicing in Massachusetts. I am particularly interested in legal issues that cross borders. I mediate in person (more efficient), on Zoom and while surfing or biking (not really, but that might be fun!).
I hold office hours 9 to 5:30 Monday through Friday.
Fee Information
$410/hour. First 1/2 hour free and last 1/2 hour (for court document filing info. session) usually no charge.
