Practice Details
My legal practice is focused in Family Law and I have 25+ years of experience in the field. Having previously worked in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts conducting dispute interventions (an alternative form of dispute resolution similar to mediation), I have intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the court system. This experience allows me to provide my clients with practical feedback of what they could expect on any particular issue if it were presented to a judge and how to draft a divorce agreement that will get approved by the court after judicial review. My goal is to provide clients with the information they need to resolve issues both about how to separate their marital finances and create a parenting plan that works for both parents and the children, all in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
