I have been mediating family law disputes for eighteen years, including divorce, custody, visitation, parenting plans, alimony, child support, property division, paternity, guardianships, removal/relocation of children, and post-divorce modifications. I also have more than twenty-five years of experience as an attorney and am able to use my knowledge and familiarity with the Courts to assist mediation clients in fashioning their agreements.

I will work with clients from any county, but primarily my clients are from Middlesex, Essex, and Worcester counties. Mediation sessions occur in my office or virtually.
Fee Information
My hourly rate is $400.00. A retainer is not required until clients are ready for me to draft an agreement.
