As a problem solver, Ms. Raymond assists her clients through their difficult legal and personal times with a focus on the prevention of future legal entanglements. She works with her clients to set goals which fit their unique situations and designs strategies with those goals in mind. Attorney Raymond recognizes that each client and each family is different and, therefore, each case needs to be handled and analyzed with that in mind. She provides mediation for all family-related disputes, including divorce, child support, post-divorce, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, restraining orders, parenting plans, paternity, separation, and non-traditional family issues. In addition, she works with families who have children with special needs and is well versed in coordinating estate and financial planning into her mediation agreements and services.
Ms. Raymond is a trained and experienced mediator who has helped clients resolve family and other disputes since 2000. Her mediation services offer a cost-effective alternative for family and probate disputes, and provide parties with more control over the process. The mediation process allows the parties to explore options that fit their families and financial situations. She has the knowledge, background and resources to work with parties of all economic levels, including complex compensation plans, elder law issues in divorce, and complex marital estates.
She also works with families to craft agreements that take into account the specific challenges involved with special needs children. In addition, Attorney Raymond works with families in the areas of adoption and Guardian ad Litem investigations. She has practiced Collaborative Divorce Law for many years and has been a trainer for Massachusetts Collaborative Law Counsel for the past several years.
Attorney Raymond works with a team of professionals to guide her clients through the often stressful and overwhelming decisions involved in the divorce process. Through her years of experience working with families she has found that it is imperative to have knowledgeable professionals assist clients, and the attorneys involved, research available options to ensure that all avenues are considered and the best options utilized in the result. She has cultivated this team of professionals, including coaches, job placement/training, financial professionals, realtors, accountants, therapists, movers and others who have the experience and knowledge to assist her clients through all the challenges involved in the divorce process. In addition to the legal aspects of family law, she focuses on helping her clients maintain and regain control over the decisions that affect their lives, integrity, and confidence all in a confidential setting. She firmly believes in the team approach of assisting clients through crisis situations. She also understands how legal and financial professionals can support clients by preventing future legal problems through education and preparing for the unexpected.
