Mediation of all family law matters, including divorce, paternity, disputes between unmarried couples, child custody and parenting plans, child support, alimony, property division, complex financial issues (business valuations, stock options, restricted stock units, executive compensation packages, and retirement interests), post-divorce disputes, modifications, contempt complaints, removal/relocation matters, prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, estate settlements, and will contests.
Attorney Rafanelli is also available to provide legal representation to a party who is participating in mediation with a mediator, as needed, should a party need legal advice during the mediation process or would like an attorney to review and/or prepare agreements and all court forms.
Attorney Rafanelli's unique experience as both a family law mediator and a family law attorney/litigator, with knowledge of the law and familiarity with the Probate and Family Court, makes her uniquely suited to help her mediation clients reach the most equitable and reasonable outcome with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.
