Practice Details

Mediation Saves specializes in family mediation. We mediate divorce, post-divorce, and mediation to stay married cases. We are knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and client centered. We recognize that divorce is a stressful time. Our goal is to compassionately guide clients through this difficult time and help them craft an agreement that each feels is fair now, and for years to come. At Mediation Saves, our clients SAVE:
1. Relationships, although they are divorcing,
2. Children, because clients stay focused on the best interest of their children,
3. Money,
4. Time,
5. Other Resources,
6. Sanity.

As a former litigator, Miriam Kosowsky understands the drawbacks of litigation and that mediation provides a more sane and peaceful process in which both parties can reach a better result with the guiding hand and support of a compassionate and professional mediator.
