Justin L. Kelsey (he/him) is a partner at Skylark Law & Mediation, PC. He is an MCFM Certified Mediator & collaboratively trained attorney who focuses his practice on divorce & family conflict. Justin is also the owner of Gray Jay Endeavors, LLC and provides consulting on retirement division and QDRO drafting. He is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. Degrees and Experience

Justin graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (B.S. 2001) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2004). Justin was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2004 and is also a member of the Bar of the Federal District Court for Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Professional Memberships

Justin is a Past President of Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and Past President of the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediators. Justin is also a past chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section Council.

Justin's office is located in Southborough, Massachusetts near Rt. 9, the Mass Pike, and 495, though most of his work is currently over Zoom with clients.
