Mediation of family matters (with traditional and nontraditional families), including divorce, custody, parenting plans, pre-nuptial agreements, property division, separation, marital mediation, drafting separation agreements, elder mediation, mediation of family business disputes, and arbitration. Practice of law in same areas. Mediation to stay married and couples therapy (different fee structure).
