Practice Details

Tele-meeting services now available via ZOOM. Mediation of family matters (with traditional and nontraditional families), including divorce, custody, parenting plans, pre-nuptial agreements, property division, separation, marital mediation, drafting separation agreements, elder mediation, mediation of family business disputes, and arbitration. Practice of law in same areas. Mediation to stay married and couples therapy (different fee structure).

Practicing lawyer since 1983; admitted to the Bar in Minnesota and Massachusetts

Over 14 years experience in health care law (former General Counsel to New England Deaconess Hospital and former Counsel to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing)

Trained in divorce mediation in 1990; practiced exclusively as a neutral 1998-2006, from 2010 to present also practicing divorce lawyer; trained in Collaborative Law as well

Trained social worker and currently practicing couples and individual adult therapist
