Practice Details

I concentrate my practice on consulting and mediating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. My work is by Zoom, and I work with people in Massachusetts and also all over the country. I also represent Massachusetts clients who are negotiating prenups. Prior to 2022, my practice included divorce mediation, divorce law, collaborative law, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements (including mediating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements), marital mediation (mediation to stay married), estate planning, tax law, estate, gift and income tax, real estate, probate of estates, settlement counsel. I am the author of "The Generous Prenup: How to Support Your Marriage and Avoid the Pitfalls," a full-length book for the general public on prenups and postnups, available on Amazon. I am the author of "The Marriage-Friendly Prenup: How to Create a Thoughtful and Caring Prenuptial Agreement. I am also the author of "Mediating Prenups: A Better Path Forward for Marriage-Positive Prenuptial Agreements" (2025). This book focuses on the process of mediating prenups and is useful for both clients, their advisors and attorneys, and for mediators.
