At Erin Wallace Divorce Consulting & Mediation, I provide a range of services to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Our services include, among other things: comprehensive divorce consulting services, confidential second opinion services; divorce mediation and conciliation services, and consulting and mediation services in connection with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

For couples who want to avoid the stress, expense, and often adversarial nature of traditional divorce litigation, I offer divorce mediation and conciliation services. These services are not mutually exclusive and can often be used together to resolve disputes out of court, in a process which is often referred to as “evaluative mediation.”

As a Consilium® Institute certified divorce consultant and family law practitioner with additional certifications in mediation, conciliation, and Collaborative Law, I bring 20 years of dedicated experience in family law practice to help individuals and couples navigate the complex legal, financial, and emotional aspects of divorce. My expertise allows me to offer personalized guidance and support, empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes for their unique situations.

My approach extends beyond the legal and financial aspects of divorce. Degrees and Experience

Before founding Erin Wallace Divorce Consulting & Mediation, I was a partner at a leading boutique family law firm in Boston, where I practiced for 19 years and gained extensive experience in all aspects of family law. My law practice encompassed all types of complex family law matters that arise in the divorce setting including mediation, out-of-court agreement negotiation, drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and litigating domestic-relations proceedings, with a particular focus on serving high-net-worth clients navigating complex family matters.

I am also a Consilium® Institute certified divorce consultant and family law practitioner with additional certifications in mediation, conciliation, and Collaborative Law.

I am honored to have been repeatedly recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star in Boston Magazine's Massachusetts Super Lawyers edition and to have been featured in Boston Magazine as one of the top female attorneys in Massachusetts. The New England Super Lawyers Edition has also named me a Massachusetts "Rising Star."

As a graduate of Boston College (BA magna cum laude, 2002) and Boston College Law School (JD cum laude, 2005), I have a solid foundation in legal principles and a commitment to excellence. I was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2005 and have exclusively practiced family law since that time.

Regional Information

Although my practice is located in Arlington, Massachusetts, my Divorce Consulting and Mediation sessions are regularly conducted remotely by video conference, allowing ourfirm to service clients throughout the Commonwealth.
