Practice Details
I conduct both in-person and virtual mediations. In addition to practice areas listed above, I am experienced in mediating blended family issues, educational issues, and issues effecting the elderly. My goal is to assist you in addressing the disputes that often arise in these situations and to help you navigate the court systm.

Degrees and Experience
I have a Bachelors Degree, a Master's Degree in Education and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. I was a practicing attorney for 11 years and was appointed to the bench in 2000. I served on the bench from 2000 to 2019 when I retired as a judge, worked with Martha's Vineyard Mediation, Mediation Works, Inc., VESTA and Ct Mediation Centers. I am currently in mediation private practice in Massachusetts and also affiliated with Connecticut Mediation Centers.
Professional Memberships
I am a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, a member of VESTA, and a member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce. I have both basic and advanced mediation training as well as years of experience settling cases in court.
Regional Information
I am available to mediate cases across the state of Massachusetts as well as in the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Fee Information
My fee is $500 per hour in 2-3 hour increments, I have a pay-as-you-go system of billing that makes mediation a more affordable alternative.
