Helping Families Negotiate Change
Practice Details
I have practiced family law for over 20 years, first in the Boston area and then in Western Massachusetts where I currently practice.
In the last 6 plus years I have changed my perspective on how to best help families who are going through major life changes. I strongly believe that a mediated collaborative approach to divorce and parenting issues is almost always a better way to proceed in order to help families negotiate change. I am a proactive mediator who will help come up with creative solutions and help the participants brainstorm - as there are many ways to resolve what seems to be unresolvable issues. I will meet with the participants together via Zoom or in person, and I will also meet with each participant separately if desired and agreed to by everyone.
