Laura Greco Naylor, Esquire
Practice Details
You’re facing big decisions, and you deserve more than just a lawyer—you deserve someone who listens, plans, and fights for your peace of mind.
That’s the mission Laura brings to every case.
Laura’s path into family law started in the courtroom—but not as an attorney. She spent years as a court reporter, witnessing firsthand how the legal process works (and how often people feel lost in it). That experience lit a fire in her—to not just document legal outcomes, but to shape them for the better.
Since becoming an attorney in 2007, Laura has built a reputation for handling tough family law cases with a unique blend of strategy and compassion. Whether it’s divorce, custody, alimony, or property division, she helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
She’s licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, and often serves as a neutral mediator for couples who want to avoid court. Laura is also a proud member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
Clients describe her as sharp, tenacious, and deeply human—someone who knows how to navigate legal complexity, while also caring deeply about your life outside the case file.
Outside of the office, Laura is a musician, a mom, and someone who believes that how you do anything is how you do everything. And when you’re ready for clear answers and real progress, she’s ready to help.
