Practice Details

I specialize in domestic relations law and civil litigation. I’ve practiced law in Massachusetts for 30 years in all trial and appellate courts. I’ve received Martindale Hubbell’s highest peer review rating of AV Preeminent® in these practice areas. I am a member of the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators. I serve as both trial and appellate counsel for the Committee for Public Counsel Services’ Children and Family Law Program. I bring this experience to the mediation of family disputes, which I believe are better resolved through mediation than through contested litigation.
