I focus my practice on all aspects of Probate and Family Court controversies. I am an AAML trained Arbitrator, Family Law Mediator, and a court trained Conciliator, with a strong background in the law, and court practice. I have served in leadership positions in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Massachusetts Bar Association. My experience six appointments to trial court and legislative committees - three child support task force committees; the alimony reform task force, which thoroughly revised alimony law in Massachusetts; the Model Parenting Plan Committee of the Probate and Court, and the Parent Coordination Standing Order Task Force of the Probate and Family Court. Each committee was a lesson in prioritizing, compromise, and creative problem solving.

I conduct mediations, arbitrations and conciliations in my offices in Boston, Westborough and Worcester. I can also arrange meetings in offices in Wellesley and I will travel to other counties by arrangement.
