Practice Details

With over twenty-five years of experience practicing family law in Massachusetts, I am a mediator and collaborative lawyer focusing on alternative dispute resolution and negotiation-based representation. I have also appeared before the Supreme Judicial Court, presented numerous appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and have been counsel of record in several published and unpublished decisions dealing with child custody issues. In addition to my private practice, I maintain a small practice as a mentor member of the Committee for Public Counsel Services Children and Family Law Appeals Panel, handling child welfare appeals.
