I am a certified family law mediator who focuses on all areas of family law, including: divorce, custody, co-parenting plans, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.
I maintain both a litigation and a mediation practice. The mediation process provides participants wtih a significant degree of control over the outcome of their case and I believe that this is invaluable to individuals.
