My practice emphasizes the non-adversarial resolution of conflict. I am well-known and respected in Worcester County where I have been successfully mediating and representing clients in Family Law matters since 1994.

Advice, case evaluation and representation re: divorce, paternity, custody, child support, alimony, and step-parent adoption.
Mediation training for small groups; mentoring of new mediators.
I currently volunteer in the Worcester Probate and Family Court as part of the ARC [Attorneys Representing Children]
Program and have for many years pre-Covid i served as Lawyer for the Day in the Court Service Center as part of a
program with Community Legal Aid.

$300 per hour after the free initial one-half hour consultation.
