Attorney Friedman received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England School of Law.
Her mediation training was through Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. and The Mediation and Training Collaborative. She is also trained in Collaborative Law through the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Attorney Friedman has been helping people with their personal legal matters since 1985.

With mediation clients, she charges on a "pay as you go" basis. Sessions are scheduled for two hours and payment is expected at the time of service.
