Helena Friedman has been successfully mediating cases since 2004. As an attorney who is trained in mediation and as a mediator who is also a lawyer, she brings all of her skills to the table.

Attorney Friedman received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England School of Law.
Her mediation training was through Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. and The Mediation and Training Collaborative. She is also trained in Collaborative Law through the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Attorney Friedman has been helping people with their personal legal matters since 1985.
Attorney Friedman has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
She is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Hampden County Bar Association
Attorney Friedman serves clients in Hampden and Hampshire counties in Massachusetts and in Hartford County, Connecticut. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00PM. Other times are available by arrangement.
Attorney Friedman charges reasonable hourly rates for her services.
With mediation clients, she charges on a "pay as you go" basis. Sessions are scheduled for two hours and payment is expected at the time of service.
