Degrees and Experience
Attorney Daniell graduated from Northeastern University Law School in 1984. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1985 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for Massachusetts in 1986. She earned her bachelor's degree in political economy from the University of Michigan in 1980. Currently she serves on the board of directors for the Sierra Club of Massachusetts. She also serves with Climate Action Now, a Massachusetts grass roots group seeking to implement legislation in the Massachusetts state house to address the climate emergency. She was also awarded the David Burres Civil Liberties Award from the American Civil Liberties Union.

Attorney Daniell's office is conveniently located in downtown Amherst, Massachusetts. Extensive public parking is adjacent to the office. Her clients are generally, but not exclusively, from western Massachusetts. During the Covid crisis, she conducts much of her mediation practice via Zoom.
Attorney Daniell's hourly rate is $275.00 and payments are due at the completion of each mediation session. All major credit cards are accepted.
