Jennifer Bingham, Esq
Mediation, arbitration and court appointed master services.
Practice Details
After nearly 23 years of representing clients in complex, and often highly contested divorce cases, I transitioned the majority of my practice to serve as a neutral provider assisting clients, attorneys and the Probate and Family Court serving as a Family Law Mediator, Arbitrator, Conciliator and Special Master resolving all aspects of Probate and Family Law disputes. Having handled literally hundreds of contested cases, I believe that the emotional and financial cost that divorce litigation imposes on families, as well as the variable results, creates greater instability for families already in crisis. Mediation, and alternate private outlets for families to resolve disputes, set clients up to successfully negotiate durable and comprehensive agreements that are particular to the family’s needs. Today, I use my skills and experience as a family law attorney to help clients find creative solutions to re-organize their family and financial future.
