Practice Details
Having retired from the Probate & Family Court bench after 19 years of service, Judge Geoffrion has been able to resolve a significant number of cases out of court. Mediation has been proven to be a cost effective alternative to court intervention and avoids protracted litigation. In the vast majority of cases mediated, the parties have been able to reach a full agreement with the assistance of an experienced former judge. Geoffrion Dispute Resolutions focuses on lawyer assisted mediation of domestic and probate matters. GDR also provides mediation services for unrepresented individuals, when appropriate.
