Finding Solutions Together
I maintain a smaller case load so that I may provide more time and focus to each case. We work together towards your goals to help reduce the tension in already stressful situations. As a lawyer, I can also draft agreements to save you time and money. Every situation can benefit from a neutral third party hearing all sides and helping you communicate the things that are truly important. Family issues are emotional and it's important to be able to see through the anger and sadness in order to resolve an issue. When everyone contributes, everyone wins.

I practice in Kingston, MA right next to Route 3, Exit 18 (formerly exit 9). Most paperwork is managed electronically, including documents you supply to me, in order to keep the process efficient. I offer Zoom calls at flexible times to make it easier for parties to participate. In-person meetings are available as well.
Most mediations are a flat fee which is dependent on the type of mediation and the issues to be discussed. The fee includes one round of individual meetings and at least one joint session as well as drafting of relevant documents and a meeting to execute the documents.
