Briana Cummings, Esq., M.Ed.

Family and business dispute mediator. Certified child welfare practitioner. Experienced with domestic violence.
Practice Details
My practice focuses on children and families and small businesses, and is structured to improve access to legal and dispute resolution services for those who traditionally struggle to afford them.
A former divorce litigator, I help couples negotiate premarital, marital, divorce settlement, and child custody agreements on a weekly basis.
As a startup and business lawyer (and IP litigator), I also help individuals and businesses draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds, and help them resolve contract, IP, and commercial disputes to prevent the need for litigation.
I am a certified trial and appellate child welfare law lawyer through CPCS and the first member of the legal services panel for the Journey to Safety program at Jewish Family and Children's Services. I regularly work with families involved with DCF and/or domestic violence.
