WORKSHOP TOPIC: "How to Help Your Clients Talk and Listen Instead of Fight or Run Away"
PRESENTERS: Lynn K. Cooper, Ed.D., A.B.P.P., and Robert R. (Bob) Stains, Jr., M.Ed.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
Lynn: Getting divorced is one of the most upsetting experiences in a life. Helping divorcing clients talk to each other about what is important to each of them is so hard when they are so upset. And listening to each other so they understand what is so important to the other is even harder. Here’s how you can help them.
Bob: In this workshop, we will explore the approach to inquiry of Essential Partners (fka Public Conversations Project) that opens curiosity among people who are deeply divided.
