FSCM 36-Hour Basic Mediation Training (Hybrid)
April 3, 4, and 7, 2025: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Online)
April 10, 2025: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (In person -- location to be determined)
Plus 4 hours on your own via videos/instruction
Family Services of Central Massachusetts Mediation Department (Worcester) covers the mediation process from the initial greeting of parties to drafting a mediated agreement. We encourage people to attend our training from all walks of life, for any reason! The program includes administration of the Gregorc Style Delineator, lectures, role plays, fishbowl activities, and 4 hours “On Your Own” coursework to enhance your training experience.
The first 3 days are virtual. The last day is in person. Location TBD. We conclude with a 36-hour certificate acknowledging course completion.
