WORKSHOP TOPIC: "Family Law and Mediation 2.0: How AI Will Likely Transform the Legal Landscape"
PRESENTER: Andrew Perlman, J.D., LL.M.
Dean and Professor of Law
Suffolk University Law School
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
This program will explain why generative AI is likely to transform the delivery of legal (and mediation) services in the years ahead. The program will also offer practical tips for incorporating generative AI into legal/mediation practices and how to do so in a way that complies with the relevant rules of professional conduct.
Sharing examples of how AI tools might be used now and explaining how this latest technology is part of a longstanding trend towards greater automation, Dean Perlman will help us understand both the historical context as well as the future implications of developing AI technologies. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion of how AI will impact how we can provide our services – now and in the future – to best meet the needs of our clients.
