36-Hour Virtual Basic Mediation Training
April 11, 13, 18 and 20, 2023
Tuesdays and Thursdays -- 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

+ 4 Hours "On Your Own" via videos/instruction

Family Services of Central Massachusetts (FSCM) Mediation Department covers the mediation process from the initial greeting of parties to drafting a mediated agreement. We encourage people to attend our training from all walks of life, for any reason! The program includes administration of the Gregorc Style Delineator, lectures, role plays, fishbowl activities, and 4 hours “On Your Own” coursework to enhance your training experience. We conclude with a 36-hour certificate acknowledging course completion. Come join us!

FSCM Mediation Training Scholarship:

FSCM Mediation Program believes we should be a reflection of our whole community. In that spirit, we offer a Scholarship enabling us to assist individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to train as a mediator. There are 10 scholarship slots available for the April 2023 Basic Mediation Training. In exchange for the scholarship, we require a mandatory one-year commitment to volunteer with our program 1x a month.
