The dynamics of gender, as experienced intersectionally with race and ethnicity, can affect mediations. Join us for moderated discussions among both panelists and participants regarding gender in mediation, including:

• whether the gender of the mediator matters and if so, when
• whether the gender of the client and/or advocate matters and, if so, how to address it
• racial and ethnic issues as they relate to gender and mediation
