Child Support Guidelines Task Force--MCFM Consolidated Response

The 2020-2021 Massachusetts Trial Court Child Support Guidelines Task Force has been convened by Trial Court Chief Justice Paula M. Carey, and they have requested public comment and suggestions concerning the current Child Support Guidelines and the current Child Support Guidelines Worksheet.  It's important that we, as a professional mediation community working with these guidelines directly with clients, participate in this comment period. The deadline for comments is December 15, 2020.
