Watson, Jr. Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, where he teaches three courses: Mediation; Legal Profession: Collaborative Law; and Diversity and Dispute Resolution.

He has won several awards for his dispute resolution work. He has also given a TEDx talk about lawyers as peacemakers. MCFM is proud to claim David as a longtime member and supporter. David is also the 2011 recipient of MCFM's John Adams Fiske Award for Excellence in Mediation.

David has recently been providing trainings on using the Internal Family Systems model in mediation, law practice, and other professional work, and this model will be the subject of his presentation.
