Please join us for a presentation on Estate Planning and Divorce Mediation that will cover estate planning issues such as marital assets, trusts, inheritances and guardianships. This workshop is free and open to all divorce mediators.
 
Mindy Milberg is an attorney, mediator, arbitrator and trainer with over 40 years’ experience and a solo practice in Natick, Massachusetts. Currently she serves as a Hearing Officer for the Commonwealth Connector, and as arbitrator for FINRA. She is a mediator with MWMS, CDSC, MWI and private practice. Mindy is the past President of NEACR, and a member of MBA, WBA, NEACR and MCFM, and past President of Women’s Bar Association and Past Co-Chair of Boston Bar Association ADR Committee. Currently she serves as a Board member of MetroWest Mediation Services.
