Do you struggle with tough custody issues related to overnighting for infants or navigating a plan with a strongly "gate-keeping" parent?

Have you become stymied by trying to create a balanced parenting plan with parents who are intensely different in parenting styles (e.g., permissive vs. authoritarian)?
