What should you do when you hear a colleague use a stereotype that makes you cringe? Or when something you&rsquo\;ve said inadvertently offends your colleague? In addition to challengin g 1:1 scenarios\, microaggressions such as these c an have major\, adverse impacts\, and addressing m icroaggressions can have systemic effects.\n \n Bu ilding on their previous workshops on implicit bia s\, BLC&rsquo\;s David Hoffman\, Audrey Lee\, and Matt Thompson will lead this interactive workshop in which role plays and videos will be used to sho w how microaggressions can be successfully address ed. Small group discussions will give participants opportunities to brainstorm strategies and try th em out.
